How we choose to help you will depend on your plans for your business. The two choices are between a Chapter 7 and a Chapter 11 bankruptcy:

• If you want to go out of business all together, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy will distribute the business assets to creditors. The court will supervise the proceeding and once complete, the business debts will be discharged.
• If you want to stay in business, a Chapter 11 bankruptcy will pay your creditors out of future proceeds and allow you to continue operating.
